Support
Support is integral to a smooth running installation. We pride ourselves on providing quick and easy to follow instructions should a problem ever arise. For clients on the support and upgrade policy, support is available, with the following hours:
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM MST
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST Saturday
Support is provided free for one year from the date of purchase. After that, you have the option to renew your support and upgrade contract for a fee of $250 CDN for another year. (Compare to the competitors who range up from $250 to $800 per year)
Upgrades and support are primary aspects of any successful software company. We have been very aggressive over the years in continually upgrading our software. The following is an outline of our support and upgrade policy.
Upgrades:
We are very aggressive with our development. There have been up to
12 releases in a single year.
On line support:
On line support is available providing the session has been pre-determined
as necessary. This can be done with Microsofts "Remote Assistance".
Support without
the Updates:
Should a client choose not to take advantage of the yearly option,
we will not deny support, but will charge for this service at a rate
of $25 CDN per instance.
